Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions

This Agreement ("Agreement") is effective upon service purchase ("Effective Date") between the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as "Client," and Lena Athena ("Lena") Your payment and enrollment indicate your acknowledgment and legally binding agreement to these terms.

Services Provided:
1 Private Intensive (approximately 90mins in length).

Fees:
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $950 for services.

Cancellation Policy:
Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for call cancellations or rescheduling, or incur the full fee. Unused services expire monthly.

Coaching Relationship:
Client acknowledges responsibility for their own decisions and results. While Lena may offer advice or suggestions, the ultimate decision-making lies with the Client.
The Coaching Program is not a substitute for psychological counseling or therapy. Client will seek professional counseling if needed.

Confidentiality:
Lena will respect her Client's confidentiality.
Client may disclose that they are in coaching relationship with Lena, but agrees not to share any coaching content or conversations without Lena's written consent.
Confidentiality complies with applicable state or federal laws and any company policies.

Indemnification:
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Lena harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken during the coaching relationship.
